Cheese: milk’s leap toward immortality
Cheesemaking classes are offered regularly throughout the spring and summer (when there isn’t a pandemic) and less regularly in the fall and winter. Classes are very hands-on and usually start with milking the goat and proceeding through all the basic steps.
The farm occasionally hosts goat husbandry classes. Again with hands-on introduction to all the basic tasks. The goats sometimes cooperate.
But sometimes not so much.
